To be a little fair to Lilco, restoring power lines after a massive hurricane, and the technical and organizational capacity to run a nuclear power plant are two separate things. I'm not saying they were able to do either, but it is a disingenuous comparison to make. - Maybe if they had paid union leeches less, and Mario Cuomo more, they would be in operation today?
