  3. I recently saw one of cy's videos where he praised a builder. No, their work wasn't perfect, but Cy didn't even use a full roll of tape. Also, the builder told the buyer to hire a third-party inspector, and are actively fixing the deficiencies found.

  4. OooOOOooh... A Letter of Concern! Is anyone concerned about the builder's work that fails to meet even the bare minimum of building code? Oh wait, that's not the concern of the people who get, let's call it, "gestures of support" that just happen to increase bank balances.

  6. Of course the builder is crying. People are learning about their bad build quality BEFORE they get locked into a contract, and that hurts profits. - But as a tangent, who in Arizona is thinking that creating man-made open ponds are a good thing in THE DESERT!?
