  2. I recently saw one of cy's videos where he praised a builder. No, their work wasn't perfect, but Cy didn't even use a full roll of tape. Also, the builder told the buyer to hire a third-party inspector, and are actively fixing the deficiencies found.

  4. Of course the builder is crying. People are learning about their bad build quality BEFORE they get locked into a contract, and that hurts profits. - But as a tangent, who in Arizona is thinking that creating man-made open ponds are a good thing in THE DESERT!?
