  2. So disregard the "Russian Roulette" the SpOoOky music, and the repeated emotional testimonials. If spray foam is installed CORECCTLY, it is a great product for insulating and air-sealing the outer envelope of your home. (and to insulate the horizontal attic space, just use the blown-in stuff, and layer it in thick.) - - - READ and understand your contract, and do your own research on the product(s) and the contractors. It's your house, not a potted plant. That's a lot of money to be too trusting about.

  3. This is inexcusable. Maybe one hundred years ago, this kind of arrest could happen and many would understand the cop's lack of knowledge of international driver's licenses. But today every cop has a radio and computer in the car and almost always a smart phone. Three possible lines to get correct information. And they're not even playing "Who Wants to be a Millionaire"! So easy! clickety clack - "Yep, this is a Canadian driver's license." clickety clack - "Yep, that's what a Canadian license plate looks like." clickety clack - "Yep, they are both valid. Time to just write the original ticket and move on to the next revenue stream." - But all Americans know that out-of-state drivers are easy money because, as you say, they are unlikely to come back to fight the ticket(s). Georgia owes you more than an apology. They owe you a PUBLIC apology, the bond AND tow/impound money, and a video of the cop being reprimanded and/or fired.
