  1. If the cop: 1) didn't approach with weapon drawn, 2) was calm and verified identity of the driver, and 3) just told him to park legally on the street, THEN the cop would "just be doing his job."

  6.    Well, compared to the cop I saw in his own dashcam footage hopping up and down as he shot a guy, in the driver's seat, that he had just pulled over... Or compared to the cops who tackle and punch people in the head and face... - Calm is not found in approaching a "who is that" call in the open in daylight with weapon drawn. Calm is not found in shouting and berating. - Snowflake? Surely you can find something more biting, and germane to the conversation.
