The only reason I have an air fryer is that a friend kept raving about them and the only way to make her stop was to let her buy me one. I made sure it was a smaller model, as I am but one human in my own domicile. In the 2-1/2 years I've had it, I think I've used it four times.

@MrRyuken555 Fair enough. I don't use my air fryer, in large part, because all of my cookbooks and recipes are for non-convection ovens, and the air fryer came without even a simple guide to adjusting times and temperatures from a conventional oven. Instead, I have to do an internet search and HOPE someone else has clear temp and time guidelines for the thing I want to bake.
