That can pretty much be proven for at least some Republicans that polls show the Republicans that also want Medicare for all and no social security cuts, policies that Bernie is for.

I know Bernie's record is no where even close to communism but because it confuses so many people (some of them know the truth they just don't want you to know that they know what it really is) I wish Bernie would had never used the word socialism in any form and just went with that he's a progressive! @waynefrench756 Really you want to go there? 1. Close the Guantanamo Bay Detention Center.... I really don't care he didn't follow through on this but still it was a broken promise! 2. Create a public "Contracts and Influence" database..... never done! 3.regulations to secure chemical plants are not as strong as he said he would do. 4. Eliminate all oil and gas tax loopholes and Close loopholes in the corporate tax deductibility of CEO pay.....we all known how that turned out. 5. Expand the child and dependent care credit......didn't happen! 6. Create a retirement savings tax credit for low incomes.........no again. 7. End income tax for seniors making less than $50,000 and don't think that happened, either? 8. End no-bid contracts above $25,000.... lets see did he do that? I don't bid for contracts but those that do I feel sure they would know! 9. Create a $60 billion bank to fund roads and bridges......I remember that broken promise well. 10. Repeal the Bush tax cuts for higher incomes and while that was a compromise, how well I remember that was something he definitely was going to do not compromise on it like he ended up doing. He could had just let them expire! 11. Lift the payroll tax cap on earnings above $250,000 and how well I remember his broken promise on this one!! And what did he do instead?? Pushed cutting Social Security with most of his Corp Dems behind that. Bernie was a powerful voice in stopping that!! I am going to stop there because you can research it out your own self instead of wanting other people to do it for you! There was more broken promises and compromises that ended up being as one Republican put it, Obama gave the Republicans got 70 percent of what they wanted!! Lets see did Obama campaign that he would give Republicans 70 percent of what they would ask for? If he had he would had never become President!

@steveeddy8195 Exactly! I don't get it, so many Republicans bashed Obama something fierce but he gave them 70 percent of what they wanted (by a Republican's own words) so how can they hate him? Please inform me of any Republican president that ever gave the Dems 70 percent of what they asked for?

It's not free but then there's Corp Welfare where a lot of them do get freebies some of them not paying any taxes but still get money back from the gov.
