  3. Kinda odd I didn't get any notifications of any replies but just happen to check back. I read all of your comments. I can absolutely be on board with someone that uses it not going to jail but anyone selling it or pushing it on others IMO should be illegal. Definitely get help for those using it instead of putting them in jail. Think about it if someone gave Heroin to one of your kids and your child died. I would want that person that gave it to my kid in jail.
