Where in NC did this happen? I hope they put the people in jail that did that with chains! They need tough laws against animal abuse that puts them in jail AND a registry where they can never have another pet!!

@bullylife4303 Wow, took someone in Canada to help find a rescue for them. I just now see your other comment on most are going to be euthanized 😥💔🐶 There are so many no kill rescues surely one of them can be found to take them? Or hopefully they have the dogs on Facebook to get help? I'm not on Facebook so I wouldn't know if they do. Too many abused and/or abandoned dogs and just not enough people to give them a loving home. I think there would be more if more people had the finances. It's so costly properly caring for dogs. If only all it took was love....

@bullylife4303 Yes, being aggressive makes it even harder to find good homes. Just so sad. I hope the people that did that are in jail??? If only I could make the laws there would be no more dog abuse as they would go straight to jail and stay there!
