Thing is people do pay for Medicare! There is monthly costs taken out of Social Security checks, then there is co pays and deductibles! I know someone hospitalized and all the bills for that one hospitalization was almost $3,000.00 which of course is a lot less than if they didn't have it but simply put people do pay for it!!
