For pete sake, anyone that really knows Bernie and his record KNOWS he is not deceptive. Even people that disagree with him on policies knows that. He has spent his ENTIRE political life fighting for the middle class, seniors, veterans, and the poor. Bernie was one of the few that was standing up against Obama having social security and veterans cuts in the grand bargain that thankfully did not pass. Bernie is like the way the DEM party USE TO BE and he is just trying to get them back to that same party that was for the people until so many Corporate Dems became part of the party. PerthTowne You won't hear about this in the news media or I wouldn't think they would air it especially since there will be a lawsuit against them, too! There was a update on the lawsuit but forgot where I heard or saw it but it basically read or said because of the election fraud in CA they were waiting on those results to file. Something like that. I don't want Bernie to call them out. Remember Gore? He was treated horribly when he wanted the recount in Florida he was treated horribly by many of his own supporters. Later it was proven he won Florida so the election was stolen from him. People can't call me a sore loser on that because I didn't vote for Gore but I always call wrong no matter which party it hits! So, it's the right thing for these attorneys, and experts, and others to call out the election fraud instead of Bernie. I am disappointed there is not more online news such as TYT reporting this. I don't see how you could had watched the entire video and be depressed as it was very encouraging to me and gave me hope justice will prevail on this. Just have to be patient and I know that's hard to be after knowing this primary was stolen from Bernie!

PerthTowne Look at the support Bernie got with hardly any attention from the news media the first months. If everyone spreads this it will help them gain support. I am surprised Jimmy Dore has not covered it but on RT he had a great segment on the election fraud and this same lawsuit. I don't like the shows language LOL but I tolerate it as I do other places online. If they can get the green light for discovery then that's all it will take for me to be even more hopeful because that is when the recount begins! Done the way it should be.

chomerly If you would watch the long video I posted earlier in this thread you would know the lawsuit is about election fraud and you would see the validity of their claims.

I understand what you are saying Jimmy, and you are right about the way someone should talk and act if they want to bring Bernie supporters to heel, but I can tell you as far as I am concerned I don't care how nice or ugly Hillary supporters words are they will NOT get my vote! I don't vote for someone under a FBI investigation, period, and I don't vote for someone that is for fracking, endless wars, super pacs, and bad trade deals. I also don't vote out of Fear! If it takes a Trump presidency to wake up the DEM party to be for the people again, then so be it. I won't vote for Trump but I won't vote for Hillary, either.
