You go by what a politician has when they don't even take corp money? I go by if they are fighting for the middle class, seniors, veterans, all races, the poor, etc. and Bernie has and Bernie is so he has earned my vote! Bernie2020

Opposing the oversized Pentagon budget, he has only voted for 3 out of 19 military spending bills since 2013. By this measure, no other candidate comes close, including Tulsi Gabbard. In other votes on war and peace, Sanders voted as requested by Peace Action 84% of the time from 2011 to 2016, despite some hawkish votes on Iran from 2011-2013. In terms of stopping the war in Yemen, Sanders has been a hero. Over the past year, he and Senators Murphy and Lee have led a sustained effort to shepherd his historic War Powers bill on Yemen through the Senate. @sewme7861 Bernie's record defends it self on the issues he is for/against. Nothing is deceptive about his record. And Tulsi would not had stepped down from her position to support Bernie in the last primary if she didn't hold similar beliefs to Bernie. IMO she is running now to bring more focus to the wars while Bernie is more focused on the problems here but both are similar on both. As far as Hillary (I didn't vote for her or Trump, I went 3rd party in the general) Bernie was heavily criticized for not supporting her more than others criticized him for supporting her at all. It was a can't win situation for Bernie. He did sign off on supporting the nominee and I sure won't fault him for thinking Trump is worse! Too many people agree with that even though I didn't. I cant' expect Bernie do do everything the way I want and he is not perfect. None are. I think some people either didn't follow VP Gore or has amnesia! Back when VP Gore had them do recounts he was HEAVILY CRITICIZED for it and a lot of that came from HIS OWN SUPPORTERS so he stopped the recounts. Then in recent years we learn he actually won but have we heard a peep out of VP Gore about that and how they stole it from him? No! Bernie is not the one that should had brought attention to all of that in the last primary. OTHERS SHOULD HAD AND OTHERS DID!! He has spent his entire political life fighting for the middle class, seniors, veterans, all races, the poor, etc. even before it was popular to fight for them on some issues and before Tulsi started being the same on some of those issues. He is still fighting for those same issues. He didn't buy my vote he earned it. But if you think there is another candidate that is better then that is who you should vote for. @kathys2357 Some unknown comes out of nowhere throwing money at ya they will get name recognition pretty fast! Just hope enough people realize he has no political record so people can't really know what he would do and he lacks the experience in all the areas needed to run our country. Bernie2020

@sulebo2153 I just think there are more important issues than hounding the guy over his tax returns. Bernie is not perfect. I've said that a lot of times but none of the candidates are perfect. I just agree with Bernie's more than the rest of them taking into account his record that backs up what he campaigns on. I hold all candidates to the same standards even if I disagree with them. I do hope he releases them soon.
