  1.  @deevahlyshus  Yes, I did! Woman let her dog lick her scratch then lost her limbs. What does that have to do with my comment to your comment talking about a dog's mouth housing bacteria? When I pointed out people transmit diseases or in other words they have a lot of bacteria, too!

  3. Why? It was the scratch that was the actual cause. Not the dog's fault. Do you hate dogs or something? Humans carry diseases, too, so I just wonder if someone transmitted their disease to another person by kissing them should that person be dead, too?

  4. It's called love! When two humans kiss each other even though one of them could have a sickness that could be transmitted to the other that doesn't stop people from kissing. Don't forget it was the scratch that was the actual cause so the woman shouldn't had let her dog lick her where the scratch was!

  6. It wasn't just the dog lick! It was the scratch that initiated this. What about kissing humans? Do you not know the diseases that can be transmitted? So, never kiss a human, either, right? I've had dogs for 45 years all of them have licked me a lot and never had any problems. Now, I would say if you have any kind of scratch or other skin problems don't let your pets lick you in those areas.

  8. The dog was not being aggressive so not the same as a dog biting! The dog had no way of knowing that would happen. Why not blame the woman for letting the dog lick her scratch if you just have to blame someone.

Some would think it's the fault of the woman for letting her dog lick the scratch because the woman should had known better while the dog couldn't had known. It would be much more probable humans could know about diseases and how to prevent them then dogs would. It's tragic but accidents sadly happen and too many times the wrong person or animal gets blamed when it's just not their fault. I almost fell several times because of my dog when she was a puppy getting under my feet a lot. If I had fallen, busted my head open left paralyzed it would had been my fault for not watching better to make sure my puppy was not in my way. She didn't know she could cause a bad accident if I had fallen. I wouldn't had wanted her to be unhappy or miserable or die for something I could had prevented. But I would agree for people that couldn't get passed the tragic accident to give the dog to someone that would give them a loving home is at least not wanting to kill them for something they couldn't help!
