I saw my neighbor's dog ACCIDENTALLY get let out of her fenced yard and then hit by a car (not even a main road but in a subdivision) then she let out a HORRIBLE LOUD YELP then died seconds later. I will never forget that. I felt so bad I could not get to her in time to get her home. Even the best behaved trained dog can get lost, stolen, or injured.

  2. This was not the fault of the owner since they had their dog in daycare but I can't believe how many owners let their dogs run loose. If they ever saw their dog or another dog get hit and hear them let out a LOUD YELP dying seconds later they might had wish they kept their pets safe. Accidents can happen so fast and even the best behaved dog can get lost or stolen.
