@CollaredDom Well, under the circumstances it was heartless to say the least! IMO the right thing would had been if the guy had paid out expenses already preparing for the wedding then he should had a summary of those expenses and then deducted it from what he was paid and refunded the rest. It doesn't hurt to have a heart when there is circumstances like a death but after hearing how he did so many other couples seems to me like his business was not legit therefore the contract shouldn't had been legit, either. Just my opinion of course.

@jessa9877 Don't expect that kind of business to do well, either! He didn't even deliver what he was suppose to other couples. But no worries, I have absolutely no feelings if he went out of business. Feelings work both ways dude! If you have them you will get them back. A lot of people have feelings with their businesses such as all the others that refunded their money.

Wow! I was going to say if the videographer had some expenses he paid for preparing for the wedding then IMO he should had presented a summary deducting all of his expenses then refunding what was left BUT then listening to the rest of this video and seeing how he did other couples and was so heartless and cruel in his words about the wife to be then he just showed the bad person he is and can only hope lots of people responded to his FB comments letting everyone know the cruel, heartless person he is where he has no more business so no worries if he should have special circumstances for refunds or not!
