Running ads regarding issues and the differences between candidates on those issues as long as they are truthful my opinion is they are not negative attack ads! Bernie has to tell people the issues and the differences. Now, if Bernie was running ads about her emails (since that is still under investigation with no definite outcome of wrong doing) or about her husband to imply she is really not for woman's rights then that would be attack ads.
