  5.  @SodaiGoku  The biggest problem I have with vegans is so many of them think diet is a one size fits all diet which yes, they think that or they wouldn't be trying to force their vegan diet on everyone else and that's NOT to say you are trying to do that! Yes, I get frequently check ups and the only time my health was failing is when I was NOT eating meat and more than one doctor telling me I should eat small amounts of lean organic meat and when I did my good health returned and you can argue that until the cows come home but it's ME and MY health that I know what diet is best for ME. The only reasons at times I slipped off of eating lean organic meats is not because I was trying to go vegan but because of how expensive organic meats are. There are NO substitutes for ME so thanking you in advance for not trying to tell me there is IF you were thinking that lol I could give a long testimony that goes into more details on that as well as post articles that show lean organic meat when having a health lifestyle including NO processed foods, no sugar, no unhealthy oils added, etc. then small amounts of organic meats is NOT going to make someone unhealthy but if you or anyone else thinks you are more healthy with the vegan diets you are having I would never try to tell you that your diet is not the best for you so all I am saying is vegans need to stop thinking that someone else can not be healthy on a diet with organic lean meats in small portions because that just isn't their place to do. Some vegan sites are now even having to put disclaimers that their advice is not to be replaced by a doctor's advice. That is not the exact words but means that because just like someone can't claim natural remedies should be taken over a doctor's advice neither should saying a vegan diet should be taken over a doctor's advice.
