  1. To me, it's not about whether it encourages violence but about WHY do people (it's not just kids) like to watch it? I use to love super hero TV shows but not anymore because I really don't care to watch so many people get killed before the good guy wins? I hardly call it a win when so many die first. It's not real but I still don't understand why people love to watch it? Sometimes I have watched a show to see what happens but I would enjoy it a lot more without all the violence.

  2. I am no Fox news fan, I'm not a fan of any of the major news media as I find a lot I don't agree with all of them. What I don't understand is why do so many people love watching the extreme violence? It's not just kids. I use to love super hero TV shows back when the good guy won without as much killing. Now, I read so many comments people that love all the violence that the bad guy/guys do. What's with that? I am not trying to be critical. I just really don't understand. Not when I was a child, not as an adult have I ever loved watching a lot of violence and always rooted for the good guy and never the bad guy. Now, it seems the more killings the bad guy does before he or she finally gets stopped the better the viewers like it.

  3.  @xxcrying-in-the-bathroom-o5595  I realize that but can't they be intense without the bad buy killing so many people before the hero saves the day. I know it's just TV but It's nice to think about someone out there preventing deaths, stopping the bad guy before so many die. I know I am in the minority and I am ok with it. I'm not on a campaign to wipe out violence on TV LOL I really am just trying to understand why so many viewers like that.

  5.  Andy  Exactly! I have a problem with so many people seeing only the wrongs within one news media within one political party when they are so blind if they can't see the wrongs within all of them.
