+Talia Pillay Exactly! Bernie did that great even with him still not being well known yet. That is really an embarrassment for Hillary for someone with so little name recognition and so little media attention to heavily beat someone as well known as she is in NH, a virtual tie in Iowa and probably a loss if not for the coin tosses she won LOL, and only beat Bernie by less than 5 points in Nevada! That's pretty awesome :) Hillary supporters really have nothing to brag about not to mention all her flip flops!

+Emmette Gamble You don't care what's in Hillary's speeches? Defend her regardless, hey? The polls show a very high unfavorable rating towards Hillary when it comes to trustworthiness and honesty! If Hillary didn't say anything that would hurt her in those speeches you would think she would release them just to show the American people she didn't say anything we wouldn't like! That might would improve her favorable numbers don't you think? Unless she has something to hide! She doesn't need to defend anyone else she needs to defend herself just like each candidate needs to do and if they don't then let the voters decide whether they still want to vote for them or not.

Emmette Gamble For sure Hillary has some advantages! But some of her untrustworthy ratings is because of her flip flops and voting for the war, patriot act, etc. Actually as bad as this sounds I really don't think it would matter to Trump supporters what his tax records showed or anything else. His supporters are as tired of establishment politics as Bernie supporters are! While Hillary has the majority of black votes I think because there isn't enough black people that know about Bernie and his record on civil rights, etc. but for sure if more of them heard some of Bill and Hillary's comments then they would lose a lot of their support!! I know we would never vote for her, period, but everyone has to vote according to their own conscience. Nina Turner is a excellent voice for Bernie! Oh, as far as super delegates if Bernie won the majority of the popular vote and they didn't switch (they can do that) then repercussions could come out of that the Dem party would not want! I am all for whoever wins the popular vote being the winner even if it is not who we would vote for :)

Emmette Gamble I don't think Bernie has changed on the gun issue! He has a D- rating so that proves he was never soft on gun issues! He was against one part of the bill that would make gun manufacturers liable for what some crazy person does with a gun even though they sold the gun legally! He supported the rest of that bill then and I think he said something about if they rewrote that he would revisit it but anyways I totally agree with Bernie that you don't hold gun manufacturers responsible no more than you would hold a knife manufacturer responsible for what some nut does with a knife! Or hold farmers liable for people getting fat. Because that was in the bill that he disagreed with holding gun manufacturers responsible is hardly flip flopping on that issue when he was never for that one part of the bill or at least up until then he was not. Yes most other politicians flip but all things considered unless there is something added to a bill that Bernie does not like he does NOT flip flop and has a very long consistent record of doing what he says! The same can not be said for Hillary. I have to correct you in that I am not a Democrat first!! Actually we are undeclared which means we can vote in either the Dem primary or the Republican primary so the issues most important to us is what's first :) I guess the reason I don't share the same negative opinion about Cornel West regarding his views on Obama is because while I do give credit where credit is due with Obama (I am not like some people that only praises one party or the other as I will call something wrong regardless of which party it is in) I don't think Obama has done the job he should had for the middle class and poor and maybe that is why Cornel West talks about Obama like he does? Two examples would be the grand bargain that thankfully did not pass and when Obama could had let the Bush tax cuts expire but did not. Bernie was standing up on both of those issues against the grand bargain and against the bush tax cuts. Republicans don't budge on certain issues so Dems should have their priories, too, that they don't compromise! But yet Bernie is known as Amendment King because of all the bills he help to pass that were bipartisan so I give him credit for that, too! Thanks for the good luck but I am sorry I can't say the same about Hillary!

+Anthony Austin I can tell you what Bernie has done for us! Back when Obama was pushing the grand bargain that many Dems were willing to sign on to but thankfully it did not pass, Bernie was one of the few fighting against the grand bargain that had cuts in it that would hurt seniors and veterans! There is two of us that support Bernie Sanders in our home and one of us is a Veteran! Bernie has the highest approval rating of any sitting US Senator and when some Republicans in his state were asked why they supported him they said because he puts THEIR interest ABOVE Corporate interest and some of those asked were farmers, veterans, seniors, the middle class, so that is what he has done for them! When Bernie Sanders was not sure if he would run for President and weighing it all out while they were eating at a Cafe a Veteran came up to him and said he wanted to shake his hand and thank him for helping him to finally get his VA benefits. That is what Bernie has done for him! And there are other issues Bernie is for that would help our country!
