  46. You know what really makes me upset when it comes to the Major News Media, I know they are going to be political pushing issues and their interests but these so called Judges that get on Fox News preaching about our constitutional rights without ever mentioning a word about the broken treaties that is still going on with the Natives. Or if they have spoken out against it I sure haven't heard them. Those treaties are to be honored just as much as anything else in our constitution! Another thing that upsets me is all those that claim to be Christians speaking out only on the issues they think the Bible agrees with them on while throwing out the rest of the Bible that would clearly condemn what is being done to the Natives or any other human being. We had a chance to have a candidate that protects everyone's rights even though uneducated idiots try to say Bernie is a communist when Bernie has stood up for our freedoms more than most other politicians citing the Patriot Act as just one example where Bernie voted against it while most of the other politicians in both parties voted for it. It's time for people to wake up and get their heads out of the sand. To know who is really on their side and who isn't. When I say their side I mean everyone except for Billionaires. Nothing wrong with Billionaires if they were not trying to run the country only for their own benefit. Every able bodied person that cares about the Natives and our water should be there standing with them at Standing Rock! If there is a God I wish He would pour down His judgement on all those that are hurting the peaceful protesters.

  53. SaintHeartwing, if you are gay you are for gay marriage, if you are a Native American you are for honoring treaties, if you are in college mostly likely you are for free tuition, if you are in the military like my partner was many are for an end to unnecessary wars, if you are the middle class or poor you most likely want the wealthy to pay their fair share of taxes, many didn't want TPP, and I could name more and my point is I will NOT tell anyone in any of these groups that their rights are anymore important than the others! You are being selective. I don't agree with Bernie on everything but if Hillary would had won then everyone would still be sleeping not caring about everyone's rights as long as we can make a few happy forget the rest, hey? Not to mention Hillary risking National Security. No, I won't vote for evil just to make some people happy. Bill Clinton was going to try to privatize social security and I totally believe Hillary would had done that or cuts, too, just like Republicans! And the drone killing of innocent women and kids, no, I won't care more about the few things you named than I will ALL the things I've named. If you Hillary supporters had paid attention to the polls we would have a president Bernie Sanders, I am totally convinced of that and given his popularity right now just backs that up. Again, it's people like you that wants to continue with the corruption. While I am not a Trump supporter he did put an end to TPP and a lot of workers and others are happy about that but surely you won't agree with them that just because he did one good thing that was a reason to vote for him? Like you think we should had voted for Hillary just to get the few things you named.

  80.  @nainasingh7512  If she is the strongest voice against war, why did she vote for more Military Budget increases than Bernie? Don't get me wrong, I know Bernie is not perfect, either, but both of them are more perfect than the others running except for Mike Gravel. Hope he gets on the debate stage! Senator Sanders has the best voting record of any candidate on war and peace issues, especially on military spending. Opposing the oversized Pentagon budget, he has only voted for 3 out of 19 military spending bills since 2013. By this measure, no other candidate comes close, including Tulsi Gabbard. In other votes on war and peace, Sanders voted as requested by Peace Action 84% of the time from 2011 to 2016, despite some hawkish votes on Iran from 2011-2013. In terms of stopping the war in Yemen, Sanders has been a hero. Over the past year, he and Senators Murphy and Lee have led a sustained effort to shepherd his historic War Powers bill on Yemen through the Senate. Congressman Ro Khanna, whom Sanders has chosen as one of his 4 campaign co-chairs, has led the parallel effort in the House. https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Bernie_Sanders "There will be no unconstitutional wars under his (Bernie's) administration that he's going to have far greater respect and respect for human rights and he will be transformational on economical policy..." 95. PheeneZ ...Bernie has more guts than most Dems do! He has not changed on issues. He is still fighting for the same ones so he is one strong man in that regard but yes totally disappointed that he endorsed Hillary! I won't over look his strong points because of that but neither will I support any Corp politician. Trump does have a history of flip flopping. I hope he does keep his promises but we already know for sure he is backing down on having Hillary prosecuted. I read he is going back on his promise of no Social Security and Medicare cuts. I hope that's wrong and that he keeps his promises. I do think the Millions of protesters should had also been condemning Obama for allowing innocent people killed by drones, continued wars, not stopping fracking, pushing the grand bargain that would had cut social security so I think it's very hypocritical for anyone to condemn one party without condemning the other party when they are doing the same thing! Many in both parties are taking our freedoms away. Patriot Act as just one example while people are too asleep to realize Bernie voted against that as he is one of the few that fights for our freedoms, too! Why aren't all these people protesting all the bad things Corp Dems are doing? protesting the police that are brutalizing peaceful Natives? And the woman with the sign about putting women in the House and Senate. Well, man or woman I don't want any corp politicians. It should be who stands up for everyone, not just getting women elected and I am a woman!

  101.  kingtut777  President Donald Trump has significantly increased the number of drone strikes in places the US is not technically at war, In former President Barack Obama's first two years in office, the US conducted 186 drone strikes in Yemen, Somalia, and Pakistan, where the US is engaged in "shadow wars." In 2017 alone, Trump oversaw 130 drone strikes in Yemen, more than three times the year prior. When Trump vetoed the stop the war in Yemen, YES, he is responsible for killing innocent people! Comparatively, in 2017 and 2018 so far, Trump has launched 238 drone strikes in these countries, https://nordic.businessinsider.com/trump-has-expanded-obamas-drone-war-to-shadow-war-zones-2018-11?r=US&IR=T Surveys Find Outsourcing Continues to Grow under Trump Administration https://inhomelandsecurity.com/outsourcing-trump-administration/ Trump campaigned on: The country's infrastructure "will become, by the way, second to none, and we will put millions of our people back to work as we rebuild it", he said in his victory speech in November. 116.  @jat2111  Good grief your fear mongering is not going to work with me! It works for the rich just fine and It does work with Social Security and Medicare all Medicare for all is expand it for everyone! I have friends in other countries that are happy with their health care and would never move here! Only the very wealthy just the same as here complains about it. You can't post any link or information that I have not already heard. But since you are against it then by all means refuse Social Security if you live long enough to get it and whatever you do don't call the fire dept if your home catches fire because if you do you are a hypocrite! Put the fire out yourself! Now, I don't continue on with people that care more about corp welfare than people dying needing health care. And don't give me that crap about they can go to the ER. The ER is not free! People still get charged and only the very poor can get Medicaid. Medical bills can wipe out the middle class, too! ALSO you can't get cancer check ups or other things done at the ER just to name a couple of reasons why that reasoning holds no merit. The only part of your comment I agree with is if UBI was ever passed that would definitely kill the incentives to work because people that can work should work but don't give me that hogwash, either, about people that are lazy wanting free stuff because I KNOW too many children of wealthy parents that have never worked a day in the life! They would never vote for Bernie because they want that free money to keep going to their parents. So if you are going to call anyone lazy make sure to point that in all the right places! Now have a nice day!

  134. justachannel  Of course it's ok with me for everyone to vote their conscience :) I point out why I vote the way I do or why I won't vote for someone but then each of us have our own highest set of priorities and it's most unfair for anyone to think we have to vote for someone we feel is wrong for whatever valid reason! It took a long time for women to get the right to vote but they were unstoppable and I feel sure MLK followers knew it would take a long time for the rights they fought for and while it might be the same for Bernie it's a fight worth taking to stop the corruption within our system and the best place to start is by not taking super pac money and ending Corporate Welfare to balance out things for all of us! People can debate not voting for Bernie gives a Trump Presidency (since Bernie has the greatest margins winning against all the Republicans) or if not voting for Hillary would do the same but in the end if Trump won the Presidency then ultimately it is those that VOTE FOR HIM that gave him the presidency and no one else! I do feel a vote for anyone taking super pac money and/or represents Wall Street is a pro establishment vote but that's my opinion and everyone else is entitled to their opinion, too!! Yes, the world has changed a lot. Republicans didn't use to be so extreme and there didn't use to be Corporate Dems or if there were years ago I was not aware of them. It's beyond me how anyone can think that super pac money doesn't influence policy making. It's not that I don't want to continue conversation with anyone! It's just I feel there are important issues that I want to get out to as many people as possible and with my other real life duties I try to equal my online time as much as possible to as many as possible.

  154. They (Warren and Bernie) didn't shake hands because they are in a fight? How about calling it the way we saw it, Warren didn't shake hands! It's clear to see that Bernie tried to shake her hand! And it's Warren that wants there to be a fight. They (Warren and Bernie) didn't try to de-escalate their feud? Dang Emma after you said that at least later you said it right that Warren didn't try to de-escalate it! Bernie did try to de-escalate it after he OF COURSE defended his self saying it was not true what Warren said, but Warren is the one that wouldn't have any of it (de-escalate) obvious by HER GOING UP TO BERNIE trying to further escalate it! It was not a feud between them. It was a ugly lie that Warren started and obviously wanted to keep it going. Warren: Bernie is my friend but I will lie about him. Glad I don't have friends like that! What's the evidence Bernie said that? There is NONE! What's the evidence Bernie didn't say it? When he tried to get Warren to run for president last time INSTEAD OF HIM is all the evidence I need to know she's lying! But there are also videos of him saying a woman can win the presidency. Bernie's RECORD, including his VOTING record says EXACTLY what he is and what he isn't! And lets not forget Warren has told other lies! https://www.currentaffairs.org/2020/01/the-credibility-gap?fbclid=IwAR0BAJTHhO1SJkfIW2wqkMC7jbwwCj42WibLkrnL-8A1DLv-hN11yAiBYWs Tim Black nails this the best of anyone! I have clicked a few from yangers! Yes, there are billionaires donating to Yang, too! I don't care about endorsements! I care about a consistent record on the issues I care about. Yang does not have that and yes he lied building popularity off of making people believe he was for Medicare for all when he's not. Medicare for all that want it is not Medicare for all unless all have it. I'm a Independent and I will never vote for Yang and neither will other Independents I know or Republicans I know. I am aware some will as they lick their chops for Charles Murray's UBI version to be passed and there is that risk! I am not dumb or closed minded! I go by records, voting records, consistency and after Obama and Trump, it's a pretty smart thing for anyone to do! It's lying because Yang didn't admit to it for months! Does Richard Wolff think UBI is a solution?, "NO" "...Let me explain in a couple of ways first if you're going to give income without work to a large number of people who are not structurally part of the economy you're not going to over come the split between those who do the work and those who live off the LABOR OF OTHERS and that's a very dangerous relationship which the whole history of the human race seems to me to have taught us..." "...we're gonna solve this by throwing money at individuals who will then hopefully spend it in such a way that magically all of the social problems are overcome..." Talking about Bernie's solutions.... "You can go even further those kinds of structural changes even one of them would be worth a hell of a lot more than a thousand bucks so that you know you can get the idea across you are going for a much bigger prize when you go after these other issues..." End of Wolff's quotes Benamin Franklin quote below.... “When the people find that they can vote themselves money that will herald the end of the republic.” end of quote. What do you think Universal means (UBI) according to Jared Bernstein; "Take resources from people that need it and give it to people that don't need it." "The idea that automation has been killing jobs has been around forever." "Is likely to hurt more than it helps" "UBI squanders resources on people that don't need it...a dollar you give to people that don't need it is a dollar that people that need it don't get.""I don't see writing checks for everybody as a part of the American tradition. The American tradition is if you are able bodied you should work..." "The idea that automation is killing jobs has been around forever and the debate is the same.""Automation can be complimented with humans not replace humans."If in fact machines robots AI automation were replacing workers the rate of output per hour or productivity would be accelerating it would and would be accelerating quickly. It's the OPPOSITE it's decelerate it's growing more slowly so clearly technology has not found its way into the workforce in reality such that it's replacing workers at any sort of an accelerated rate." Mr. Bernstein regarding passing UBI while keeping existing social programs, "...and that is a very expensive endeavor involving the RAISING OF MUCH MORE TAX REVENUE and thus NOT something I suspect many people in this room would readily support." And Mr. Bernstein was talking about just UBI not passing with existing programs so that's not even counting getting Medicare passed, too! Mike Gravel asked about Yang "Well, I think it sounds good but it's totally flawed because you can't turn around and tax people then turn around and give them the tax monies it just doesn't make any sense. What we have to do is change the nature of capitalism..."

  173.  @NorCal-Killa  While some people like and can afford their insurance people are dying because they can't afford it. Denied procedures their insurance won't cover, can't choose their doctors. I don't defend that and the billions they make off of sick and dying people. Yang's ads, his website was not clear from the beginning on Medicare for all that want it. Medicare for all is not Medicare for all unless ALL have it. It's false to frame it the way Yang and other candidates do. If you think it's best to get everyone off of Social Security, Medicare, other welfare assistance, Medicaid for a thousand bucks a month then I can see what people would vote for Yang and that is exactly what Republicans want. No, Yang doesn't SAY that is what he is for but there is that risk that version, Charles Murray's version would end up being the one passed just like Obamacare is a taken off of a Republican bill. You are less than honest if you don't admit there is that risk that version would end up being passed but you don't believe it would? Why? Because Yang said so LOL He was no where on the issues before running for president. Just like people are calling Trump on being a con since he went back on some of what he campaigned on you have no proof of anything Yang is saying, no proof he won't go back to his original positions he started his campaign with, no proof he won't have new ones that a political record does give for people that want a candidate that has walked the walk instead of a bunch of talk! You are the dumb one for blindly trusting someone that comes out of nowhere that never has stood with workers on picket lines, never spoke out against Social Security cuts, never speaking out against many issues BEFORE running for president and with no voting record to show EXACTLY what he would had voted for/against on all of the bills that have been voted on. Blind trust is as dumb as it gets if you want to go the name calling route.

Very Clear & Simple Reasons To Vote Bernie Over Warren https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZbJQx5fpcw To add to what Kyle said in reasons I won't vote for Warren.... Warren was totally silent AT THE TIME peaceful Natives were being brutalized at Standing Rock! And that was when Warren still thought she was Native American but she didn't even speak out against the horrific brutalization of what she thought was her own people! Bernie spoke out against it, visited their communities and reservations as well as participated in protests in their behalf. If Warren gets president and more pipelines are allowed to go through their lands or anyone else's lands don't act surprised. Elizabeth Warren Gets Endorsement From Wall Street — The Political Vigilante https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEPn9c7Edls Ms. Warren left Dow Chemical off her 2012 list of clients. After Mr. Jacobson’s blog revealed her representation, she spun her work for the industrial giant as instrumental in setting up a $2.3 billion trust to pay women who said they were injured by the implants. That explanation, though, doesn’t jibe with her duty as an attorney for Dow, where she was bound to represent the company’s interests. “The notion that Warren was representing anyone other than her client is preposterous,” Mr. Jacobson said. “As an attorney, she had a duty of loyalty to Dow Chemical. If she explored possible ways in which Dow Chemical could extricate itself through settlement, her services were on behalf of and for the benefit of Dow Chemical, not the women.” https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2019/feb/28/elizabeth-warren-corporate-lawyer-past-looms-over-/ Elizabeth Warren's $675-an-hour corporate lawyer past looms over progressive 2020 bid Her statement on Assange: "Warren distanced herself from Assange but condemned the Justice Department’s move to curtail press freedom. “Assange is a bad actor who has harmed U.S. national security — and he should be held accountable,” Warren said in a statement." 197.  @yance0024  First, when talking about Social Security to say it stacks on top without ALSO saying it only stacks on top of SSA, the one you are referring to we all paid into, still because there is also Social Security supplemental income that can not be stacked on top of UBI yang supporters need to make sure they say it correctly since UBI does not stack on top of both! Oh, it most definitely was a flip on SSA because Yang saw he was losing votes by not stacking it on top of UBI but point is that is still a flip AND Yang could very well if elected go back to his original position. As for your min wage comments.... Seattle, one of the cities to more recently raise the minimum wage to $15, has seen large increases in employment and income. According to MyNorthwest.com, not only have many of the businesses who opposed the increase seen higher employment numbers, some are even opening additional locations. In 2014, a study by the Center for Economic and Policy Research found that the 13 states that increased the minimum wage saw employment numbers increase faster than states that did not, an average of 0.85 percent compared to 0.61 percent in the other 37 states. OVER 200 ECONOMISTS SIGNED A PETITION IN SUPPORT OF A $15 U.S. MINIMUM WAGE AS OF 2020 Don't think that many economists would sign onto it if it was as bad as you and others make it out to be. Please don't make excuses why Millionaires and Billionaires shouldn't pay their workers a living wage and it doesn't hurt small businesses the way it's alleged either! As far as Bernie's record. It is that record regardless if someone agrees with a candidate's record that lets people know whether or not a candidate is likely to go back on their campaign promises. Yang does not have that record so anyway you look at it it's blind trust to trust him! Tell me where was Yang when jobs were being out sourced? Before running for president did he ever say anything at all about any of the bad trade deals? NAFTA? TPP? What protests has he been in for gay rights? For civil rights? For anyone's rights? Any picket lines he has stood with workers on? When Obama and Biden proposed Social Security and Medicare cuts did Yang speak out against that? Where was Yang when Trump did cut Social Security and Medicare? I like to know if Yang has protested against any of the wars? Other than giving people jobs which is hardly a good enough resume to be President of the United States what has he done? There are many important policies that are voted on and how a politician votes on them tells me if I want to vote for them or not. So tell me what policies has Yang voted on to show exactly where he stands on the issues? Oh, that's right he doesn't have a voting record. He should had ran for local office first so we could know for sure what that man is all about other than coming out of nowhere wanting to be president. I have read some comments from some conservatives that support Yang because of Yang's goal to eliminate social and welfare programs. Without that Yang wouldn't have near the support he does from them.

  205.  @schloops8473  There is already help for people in need. I would be for expanding some of those programs. And not for cutting jobs that people rather have than his UBI that would pay them less than their jobs do. It's not my understanding that the large amount of UBI is financed by the wealthy when Yang has mentioned social programs that he figures people will opt out of for UBI would pay for some of it then the VAT tax which can be debated on who that will hit. Point is if you are ok with the wealthy getting it then you are entitled to think that. If you are ok with Yang making people on social security choose for whatever reason you are entitled to think that but there is a lot of people that disagree with that including Mike on Humanist Report who while not in this video but in others have said that he doesn't support Yang as much as some of the other candidates because of that. How Would Andrew Yang's UBI Proposal Impact People on Social Security? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3oZr6arNhw Around 2:50 in the video Mike: "But that still begs the question why would someone for example on Social Security disability HAVE TO CHOOSE why would they not get as much as someone whose making a hundred thousand a year do you kind of see so there's just the disconnect and I'm hoping you can fill me in on that if I'm genuinely misunderstanding?" Yang replied, "No no well your understanding of it is CORRECT" "...Does it do as much for someone who's already receiving Social Security and other benefits? It does not do as much for those households and to me that's like a separate PROBLEM we have to tackle and solve which is that Social Security is suppose to go insolvent..." Yadda Yadda Yadda. Lift the cap and that problem is resolved! Yang sure does acknowledge problems with some of his policies that he should had worked out before proposing them! YANG ON MEDICARE FOR ALL..... He Is not definitely just for Medicare for ALL if you listen to him closely and at his website "or through creating a new healthcare system" What ever that means! Unless he changes that's not a direct commitment to Medicare for all! YANG ON VAT TAX......... Yang supports UBI paid for thru a VAT (value added tax) Yang even notes at his website: and yes this is at his website! "PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED Corporations move money around to avoid paying their fair share of taxes The burden of paying for social services falls disproportionately on those who earn the least The Freedom Dividend should be funded by those who benefit most from the structure and work of society" He shouldn't endorse a tax that he know has problems and I doubt seriously he will care about solving them! https://www.moneycrashers.com/whats-is-your-opinion-about-a-value-added-tax/ CNN Town Hall with Yang......30:39 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrnTBXmgqNw Yang is asked "As president you would appoint a news and information OmBudsman who would have the power to punish those who are seeking to misinform the American public and you say there should be penalties for persistent and destructive mis statements that undermine public discourse do you really think you should police speech" Yang replied, "Well, right now we are on the verge of a very difficult time so Americans can't trust what we see and this and this is before deep fakes hit the Internet where they can literally just doctor it so you and I have a conversation and it seems like we're saying whatever it is they want us to say and there are foreign actors are maliciously actually corrupting our democratic processes and then frankly having a good laugh about it like on the other side of the world like their investing a relatively modest sum of money and their seeing it's causing havoc so as a society what is the greater danger here is the greater danger that we're just going to descend into cacophony and no one can even agree on the facts anymore because in this day and age it'd be extraordinary hard for the gov. to somehow curb or sensor in systematic way but we have to be able to sort out people who are maliciously informing the American people and that to me is a much greater danger that we face right now" Then Yang is asked "How do YOU POLICE THAT?" You can listen to the rest of his answer. I didn't say that was at his website but that is in the interview with him.

  206.  @schloops8473  You have given your opinions on his policies and I have given mine based on his words. I don't agree with you and you don't agree with me. I won't vote for him in the primary or the general. As for his words on M4all having at HIS WEBSITE I quoted the exact words there. Some yang supporters don't even know some of his policies and that's a fact by the ones that asked me to post proof and when I did even if they still agreed they admitted they didn't know it. In addition to all of that he does not even have a political record for anyone to know what he would really do or not! I don't trust anyone coming out of nowhere throwing free money to most everyone to get their votes. Now, that is my opinion based solely on my opinion but I have enough about his policies that are facts that I wouldn't vote for him anyways! He should had ran for local office first like most politicians do and built up a record for people to know if he is just talking the talk or having walked the walk! He is not experienced, either, in all of the areas it takes to run a country! Some people are on the streets because they choose to be! I know people getting assistance through low rent housing, etc. Some are out of work lazy because they don't want to work and that's a fact, too! I'm not interested in helping people that don't help their self if they are physically able to work. If you think this country can fund all of Yang's over 100 policies think again LOL It's been hard enough to try to get medical coverage for everyone that can't help being sick that don't have the money for medical bills. Those are the ones I want to help and to create jobs for people that are willing to earn a living but not by throwing free money at everyone regardless if they can work or not. You don't care about those jobs Yang would cut but the people working on those jobs do! People take advantage of the system already in place and that's a fact so don't tell me there wouldn't be more people taking advantage of it if they had free money thrown there way.

  221.  @cp987  Let me help you know what I see in Bernie! Bernie pushed the Stop Bezos Act to increase minimum wage. Disney followed suit after Bernie protested in Anaheim. Six states have moved in that direction. 3 states — New Jersey, Illinois and Maryland — have enacted legislation phasing-in a minimum wage of $15 an hour. California, Massachusetts and New York are the other 3 states that have passed legislation that gradually increases the state minimum wage to $15. He recently got the vote passed for a bill to halt the Yemen War. This is the guy who wanted to break up the big banks and predicted the collapse of 2008. He was against the Bank bail outs. He wants to stop military funding increases and predicted the false-pretense war in Iraq & the rise of extremists (ISIS) 10 years ahead. He predicted the Patriot Act/NSA would break laws to invade our privacy. He wanted to prevent NAFTA/TPP He voted against the Patriot Act while just about all of the others voted for it. Don't pretend to be for our freedoms if you are not speaking out against all of the politicians that voted for it. Bernie is known as Amendment King. Those Amendments count as accomplishments, too! I'm not saying I agree with every amendment that he has helped pass. I am simply noting this because of all the people that say Bernie has accomplished nothing when he clearly has! As chair of the Senate Veterans affairs committee Sanders helped pass VA health care system reform in 2014. He also predicted the Panama Papers tax evasion scandal. He predicted the tax breaks would cut into Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and he was right. This level of intuition, and his abilities as a strategist, are what I believe we need in a president. https://m.dailykos.com/stories/2015/11/28/1453742/-5-Times-Bernie-Sanders-Foresaw-The-Future? He's been a public servant for the people for over 40 years. How many candidates do you know that have a similar congressional record? Who else brought these campaign ideas that everyone is holding into the mainstream? Bernie is a natural catalyst that incites change. And he's changing it from the ground-up, not top-down. He's walking the picket line with workers. He took a lot of people to Canada to get their meds cheaper since they couldn't afford them here. He did that years ago then again recently. Bernie challenges the military industrial complex and HAS BEEN CHALLENGING THEM for decades. Of course, Trump vetoed it. https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Bernie_Sanders http://www.triplepundit.com/story/2015/burlington-vermont-leads-charge-100-percent-renewable-energy/57641 https://www.mynbc5.com/article/report-vermont-ranked-as-best-place-to-live-in-america/22108021 http://www.triplepundit.com/story/2015/burlington-vermont-leads-charge-100-percent-renewable-energy/57641 Bernie CLOBBERS Opponents On Trade & Outsourcing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dd65h7h5HGI Proof Bernie Is A BOSS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yP194CAavys Ben Shapiro & Tucker Carlson Are 100% CORRECT About Bernie Sanders https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nko9CHjuVo8 He has always been for gay rights! He has always been for civil rights! He has always been for a woman's right to choose! He has always been for everyone's rights even before some of them were politically popular! He has always voted against any bills that would take our freedoms away such as the Patriot Act and the more recent anti-BDS Senate bill that even though he is against the movement because it threatened freedom of speech he voted against it. He spoke out against the peaceful Natives being brutalized at Standing Rock when none of the other candidates did except Tulsi. He has always spoken out against Social Security and Medicare cuts! Even when Obama and Biden proposed it with just about every Dem on board. He has always been against bad trade deals. He has always been for Medicare for all. He has always been for raising the min wage. He has voted for the least Military Budget increases than the other politicians have! That looks pretty consistent to me. 229.  @MK-oz2lf  Hogwash! You do what's best for the country and if you feel one person is better than the other that's who you endorse! Which by the way is exactly what the majority of Bernie voters expect him to do if he loses. I hear their applause when he says if he loses he will support the nominee AND hear some of his supporters say it, too. You won't convince me Bernie wasn't already for a lot of his policies for decades as I have listened to him in videos from decades ago which by the way Tulsi's not the same as Bernie on domestic policies anyways! If you think her foreign policy is better Codepink would disagree with you as do I. No one caring about what's best for this country would had wanted him to split the vote giving Trump the win and for sure Bernie wouldn't do anything to risk that. Bernie DID address the rigging so you don't need to lie about that! It doesn't help your cause any at all. Tulsi also defended Biden's racist record and Ellen being friends with a war monger! Now, don't misquote me (not saying you will) as I didn't say Tulsi defended a war monger. I said she defended Ellen being friends with one. STOP ACTING LIKE TULSI IS PERFECT! Many of you bashed Bernie too death for not going Independent when Tulsi said basically the SAME THING about not going Independent as Bernie did about wanting to change the Dem party! Such hypocrites! Do you even know how many Bernie supporters people like you have lost that were also supporting Tulsi? Not that you care but a lot. Keep on smearing Bernie. People like you make me regret all the people I got to donate to her in the beginning months to help get her on the debate stage. There is comments of mine posted on youtube channels, too, especially Ron Paul's channels back then proving I was trying to get them, too, to donate to her to get her anti wars voice on the debate stage. Bernie's not perfect but neither is Tulsi! But Bernie comes close to my views on the polices he's been consistent with for decades. He sure didn't have to evolve on any of them, either, like Tulsi did.
    1
  230.  @MK-oz2lf  You can google codepink just like I did and read their facts on Bernie, Tulsi, and others! Wasn't it Greg Palast that went off on Bernie having won but then backed off of that changing to the general talking about Hillary actually won more votes than she was given credit for? If not there was someone that did? But it didn't matter because super delegates could choose the nominee in the first round so Bernie wasn't going to come off as a sore loser. I remember how Gore's own supporters did him when he wanted the recounts. Let people speak out, protests, on changing our voting system. Bernie called out the rigging and with him being for the same policies for decades that I'm also for that's good enough for me! Blah Blah Blah, Tulsi did defend Biden's racist record. "Elizabeth Warren Kamala Harris — Joe Biden did not "celebrate" or “coddle” segregationists. His critics have unfairly misrepresented his important message to score cheap political points. I agree with Jim Clyburn and Joe Biden " https://www.facebook.com/TulsiGabbard/posts/2383774268345645?comment_id=2383831881673217&comment_tracking=%7B"tn"%3A"R"%7D Blah blah blah again on defending Tulsi for defending Ellen being friends with a war criminal. If I was for Tulsi's polices none of that would matter but my point is she says and does things that if I wanted to look at that instead of her policies I could find just as much fault with her as you are with Bernie. I don't defend the parts of Bernie's record I disagree with. I don't go off on an endless rant about Tulsi doing the same as someone else that I don't go off on a rant for. You are making excuses why it's ok for Tulsi to run in a corrupt party, not go Independent while bashing Bernie for not going Independent. And you ask me how are you implying Tulsi is perfect LOL More blah blah blah on Tulsi's past. I have defended her past with the same as you have but no longer do since you all want to bash Bernie then you can do all of the defending Tulsi yourselves. Yes, I regret helping get Tulsi on the debate stage after finding out she's not for the same policies I am AND with all of the Bernie bashing! But even with smearing Bernie like you have I wouldn't regret defending Tulsi, trying to get her on the debate stage if I agreed with her domestic policies. As for Dem Socialist VS Social Dem, I don't like labels! I go by policies. Bernie gave HIS meaning to why he's a Dem Socialist and with all of the different types him explaining what it means to him and that I agree with is fine with me but if I had my rather's with all of the confusion over Socialism I would had rather he just called himself a progressive. I could give you videos 3 years old of Bernie calling out the rigging but it is irrelevant to rehash the same crap. As soon as I saw it was Jimmy Dore as divisive as he is (Republicans love to repeat his crap, too) and Debbie that has gone off the deep end I didn't listen to the rest. I don't listen to Dore anymore. I know all about growing up in a conservative household having left the Republican party just to vote for Bernie. I would had left sooner if there had been someone sooner with a consistent record Bernie has on the issues I agree with him on. I don't agree with Bernie on everything but he comes closer to my views than any of the others having a CONSISTENT record on those views to show me he will fight for them! NO one and I do mean no one has any stronger backbone on the voting floor as Bernie does. Feel free to waste your time some more! I don't get side tracked off of policies to stop supporting the candidate I agree with the most.

  243.  Gregory Martinek  I don't agree with his policies! From the beginning such a turn off that he would give UBI to all the wealthy people in addition to their incomes but make seniors and veterans on social security choose. I have the video with his words to verify that was his position to start with AND YES HE FLIPPED when he saw he was losing a lot of votes. Some yang supporters say well it's good he listened to the people BUT how many candidates ran on doing what people wanted and then went back on it? That was a big turn off to me from the start. He shouldn't had to see he was losing votes to know he shouldn't had that position to start with! Then even though he changed on SSA he didn't on SSI and other welfare assistance having to choose UBI or their current incomes. As I have stated I am not on welfare but I know people that are and they won't opt out. Yang said some of the savings from those that opt out would pay for some of the costs of UBI. No doubt some will opt out but it's total speculation on how many that he is using to determine how much of that will pay for UBI. Then while in some interviews he says he won't eliminate social and welfare assistance then in another one he does say he would eliminate them but just "not all at once." UBI could hurt poor people more than it helps! I am totally against UBI for the wealthy! He has flipped on other issues. Wishy washy on Medicare for all which we need more than we do UBI and I do not believe both would pass. I think it would end up being like Charles Murray's version of UBI. I don't trust Yang and that's just about the nicest way I can say it. He should had ran for local office FIRST and got a record so people could know what he is really all about. Yang even acknowledged there are problems to be solved with the VAT. I don't trust him to solve them. I disagree with him not being for raising the min wage. There is more but this is long enough lol

  246.  Gregory Martinek  Yes, some of those are extreme cases on how much welfare they get but some still get that much and I gave a website that gave the averages, too, not just the extremes! I'm not sure what the site you gave figures into what they wrote the average monthly payments are but most likely including those that have incomes from other sources which would make welfare assistance a lot lower for them! But I know for a fact JUST SSI can be a lot more than that for someone that has no other income and of course depending on family size how much they get and if any other income that other family members get that live in the same house! That's not counting food stamps, energy assistance, housing assistance, transportation allowances, someone social services sends in the home for those that qualify for that, and other cash like programs so there is a lot of families that get a heck of a lot more than what is quoted there. The more accurate average payment should be based on no other income, families with children and/or other family members in the same house with no other income to get an accurate picture of what they would have to give up to opt into UBI. Now, I'm not going to keep on debating that when no matter how you put it, it is totally speculation on how many will opt out that Yang is using to say what the savings will be towards UBI when he should just give it on top of their incomes regardless! I don't like Yang's version, don't believe that will pass AND Medicare for all and we need Medicare for all more. He's wishy washy on Medicare for all as well as with his flips who knows what his final position will be on whatever he would propose! There is many reasons why I won't vote for him. You have centered on one and I have gave my reasons why I am not for that one but so many other reasons I have already posted. Since some of you yang supporters seem to think he is not going to eliminate social and welfare programs how about pointing me to when he has spoken out to protect them? Keep in mind I am talking about BEFORE he started running for President. Where was Yang when Trump did cut Social Security and Medicare? I like to know if Yang has protested against any of the wars? Other than giving people jobs which is hardly a good enough resume to be President of the United States what has he done? 247.  @RadioFreeNorCal  LOL I probably started working at a younger age than you did if you have worked any. I promote able bodied people earning their incomes by working on jobs that's not what Yang is promoting with his free money with no strings attached! You can attack my opinions that are also the same as economists and other intelligent individuals all you want! It seems Yangers think Yang is the only intelligent person in the US. I have listened to both sides while most of you have only listened to one side. Once again a yanger is not giving the entire context as there are two forms of Social Security incomes! Yang flipped on one of them to get more votes but not on the other as in someone on SSI can not get the full amount of UBI while keeping SSI. Only someone totally disingenuous would try to say Nixon's UBI and Yang's are even similar when one would give free money to everyone as in no strings attached while the other one has strings attached. As far as Bernie's proposals we need Medicare for all MORE than we need UBI and there is no way the House and Senate would pass both. Yang has acknowledged there are problems to be solved with the VAT! If you trust him to solve those problems, fine, I do NOT! Yang comes out of nowhere, never having spoken out on many important issues before running for president, no political record to know he would do anything he says, with flip flops that no one can know for sure what his final proposals would be, it's nothing but blind trust for anyone to trust him. You choose to but I don't!! In addition to my disagreeing with his policies and some of his views.

  255. @Padraigh Desmond Tell me where was Yang when jobs were being out sourced? Before running for president did he ever say anything at all about any of the bad trade deals? NAFTA? TPP? Yang wasn't a kid when Obama was pushing TPP and Social Security cuts! What protests has he been in for gay rights? For civil rights? For anyone's rights? Any picket lines he has stood with workers on? When Obama and Biden proposed Social Security and Medicare cuts did Yang speak out against that? Since some of you yang supporters seem to think he is not going to eliminate social and welfare programs how about pointing me to when he has spoken out to protect them? Keep in mind I am talking about BEFORE he started running for President. Where was Yang when Trump did cut Social Security and Medicare? I like to know if Yang has protested against any of the wars? I KNOW I KNOW YANG HAS CREATED JOBS BUT THAT IS HARDLY A GOOD ENOUGH RESUME TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES! Wrote that in caps since some Yangers tend to miss that part of my comments telling me oh he created jobs. And in case some of you don't know when most of a post is in lowercase letters, it's not shouting to have a some words in caps when it's stressing a point There are many important policies that are voted on and how a politician votes on them tells me if I want to vote for them or not. So tell me what policies has Yang voted on to show exactly where he stands on the issues? Oh, that's right he doesn't have a voting record. There has been many important votes in the House and Senate and we have no idea how he would had voted on any of them and that is just a FACT. And then there's all of the flip flops Yang has done, too, since he started running for president. Yang is not buying my vote! He hasn't earned it even if I thought his policies were better which I do NOT!

  256. @Padraigh Desmond Thank you, too, for the respectful reply! Before running for president I never heard him speak out on the bad trade deals? These are the policies I think are best but yes, trust is at the top of my list when it comes to who I vote for. Universal Education, Universal Health care, Federal Job Guarantee that completes the safety net instead of endangering it is what I am for! If you want to debate that's not better than UBI you can always try to take that up with Pavlina Tcherneva Associate Professor of Economics at Bard College and Research Scholar at the Levy Economics Institute, NY that is for the things I just mentioned. https://www.pavlina-tcherneva.net/job-guarantee-faq Also National Job Guarantee by Professor Stephanie Kelton at the Sanders Institute - March 2018 And has been chief economist in the US Senate Budget Committee! "Economist at Duke University William and another economist from the New School Eric Hamilton relentless champions for a Federal Job Guarantee for so many years and they were finally recognized by Politico this year as one of the Politico 50 so one of the 50 people who are most having an impact on the political discourse so that was a pretty big deal in terms of getting that kind of on the National Stage but more recently Kevin Hassett who is the current Presdent of the Council of Economic Advisers made comments that what he believes that we need is a New Deal..." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qoMamSmsAIM "...You either don't understand what these things are or you do understand and you rather I don't..." Dr. Fadhel Kaboub (Associate Professor of Economics) on The Green New Deal, Federal Job Guarantee and Federal Financing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sMcDhIv0pI Also over 200 economists that have signed a petition to raise the min wage to $15. Then there is the over 200 economists that are for BERNIE'S Medicare for all bill. And if you mention economists that support Yang's UBI unless they are a economist that supports YANG'S EXACT SAME VERSION OF UBI it wouldn't be supporting Yang's. Nixon supported UBI BUT WITH A WORK REQUIREMENT and only for couples with children but too many Yang supporters conveniently leave that out. They are not the same version! PRIMO NUTMEG #198 Around 30:37 Mike Gravel asked about Yang "Well, I think it sounds good but it's totally flawed because you can't turn around and tax people then turn around and give them the tax monies it just doesn't make any sense. End of Wolff's quotes What do you think Universal means (UBI) according to Jared Bernstein; "Take resources from people that need it and give it to people that don't need it." "The idea that automation has been killing jobs has been around forever."
