  31. WARREN the I won't take dark money in the primary but will the general might as well take it in the primary because to me there is no difference! Either way they will be beholding to those corp donors. So many reasons why I don't trust her and you need to think twice if you think she would win the general. Warren was totally silent while peaceful Natives were being brutalized at Standing Rock and that was when she still thought she was Native American. What about the crimes against those peaceful Native Americans? She wouldn't even fight for what she thought was her people or care about the crimes against them but you think she so will do something about the crimes against the immigrants she mentioned or for any of the rest of us. She is all over the place on Medicare for all so that would be the best place for Warren to compromise to make her corp donors happy. You can listen to the opposite views from Charles Murray on that same video and google both of them for their credentials. Mr. Bernstein regarding passing UBI while keeping existing social programs, "...and that is a very expensive endeavor involving the RAISING OF MUCH MORE TAX REVENUE and thus NOT something I suspect many people in this room would readily support." Yang's UBI might get Republican politicians to support IF we got rid of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, all social programs and you can listen to the debate on both sides of what that could mean. The policies Yang has flipped on, it's most certainly possible he would flip back to his original positions! Yang also lacks experience in ALL the different areas needed to be president.

  46. It does make a difference when a candidate has a consistent record of fighting for the issues they are campaigning on VS someone that suddenly is for some of those issues when they are running for president. Warren is not about fixing all of the problems! She would be about compromising on a lot of them which fixes nothing. How can you think she is progressive when she is using dark money now and will take more of it during the general? I think Kyle did a much better job of laying out the real differences between Warren and Bernie.... Very Clear & Simple Reasons To Vote Bernie Over Warren https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZbJQx5fpcw To add to what Kyle said in reasons I won't vote for Warren.... Warren was totally silent AT THE TIME peaceful Natives were being brutalized at Standing Rock! And that was when Warren still thought she was Native American but she didn't even speak out against the horrific brutalization of what she thought was her own people! Bernie spoke out against it, visited their communities and reservations as well as participated in protests in their behalf. If Warren gets president and more pipelines are allowed to go through their lands or anyone else's lands don't act surprised. 48. Speaking of UBI and the rest of what Yang was saying during the debate he did a LOT of fear mongering on automation! It's here, yes, but not like Yang makes it out to be. I do think he would accelerate it. Where was Yang when the bad trade deals were passed and TPP was being promoted? He didn't speak out on any of that or any other bad policies that I heard. Andrew Yang and Automation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kRFRIiBUDA https://mises.org/wire/why-robots-wont-cause-mass-unemployment https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/dr-gridlock/wp/2018/03/19/uber-halts-autonomous-vehicle-testing-after-a-pedestrian-is-struck/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.ee58ac24a543 https://theshopmag.com/news/consumer-watchdog-calls-national-moratorium-driverless-car-testing https://futurism.com/new-york-taxi-drivers-call-for-a-50-year-ban/ https://www.fastcompany.com/90324427/not-so-fast-driverless-cars-will-change-everything-but-not-anytime-soon https://mises.org/wire/scaremongers-are-wrong-about-robots-and-ai Dave Rubin Accidentally EXPOSES Yang's UBI As Libertarian Trojan Horse https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Is2VWliq7Jg&t=3s Rubin said to Yang,"...Why not just blow apart the safety net as is take because we know it's just a boondoggle of middle management nonsense..." Rubin is absolutely saying why not eliminate it! Yang's reply "... That's the beauty of this the Freedom Dividend proposal as you have the six hundred billion or so and then you're saying hey guess what like now it's a new right of citizenship EVERYONE GETS IT AND THEN WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN IS YOU'RE GOING TO DRAMATICALLY REDUCE THE ENROLLMENT IN THESE PROGRAMS VERY VERY QUICKLY BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE WILL BE LIKE I PREFER THE CASH AND THEN THIS NEW INCOMING POPULATION WOULD JUST OPT FOR THE DIVIDEND AND THEN NEVER END UP ON THESE WELFARE PROGRAMS SO YOU WOULD END UP SHRINKING THE ENROLLMENTS OVER TIME AND THE WAY YOU DESCRIBE YOU JUST WOULDN'T DO IT ALL AT ONCE..."End of quotes Now you can interpret that anyway you want! But Yang plainly said at the end it would be the way Rubin said well just how did Rubin say it? Why not just blow the safety net part, etc and then Yang says over time, just wouldn't do it all at once. If you don't think that is Yang saying he will eliminate the social programs, fine, but I think that is exactly what he is saying his goal is! I'm not on welfare but I know people that are and they will not opt out of housing assistance, food stamps, transportation, and other cash like programs for $1,000 a month. Some probably will but it's pure speculation for Yang to say how many will opt out/opt in that he says will help fund the costs of UBI. I do not believe the House and Senate will pass BOTH UBI and Medicare for all while keeping all of the existing social programs! I don't even believe they would pass just UBI without eliminating existing social programs! Eliminating existing social programs would hurt the poor more than UBI would help them! Around 17:00 min into the video Richard Wolff Interview On TYT on UBI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwZOF9ZsNWQ Does Richard Wolff think UBI is a solution?, "NO" "...Let me explain in a couple of ways first if you're going to give income without work to a large number of people who are not structurally part of the economy you're not going to over come the split between those who do the work and those who live off the LABOR OF OTHERS and that's a very dangerous relationship which the whole history of the human race seems to me to have taught us..." End of quote “When the people find that they can vote themselves money that will herald the end of the republic.” ― Benjamin Franklin What do you think Universal means (UBI) according to Jared Bernstein; "Take resources from people that need it and give it to people that don't need it." "The idea that automation has been killing jobs has been around forever." "Is likely to hurt more than it helps" "UBI squanders resources on people that don't need it...a dollar you give to people that don't need it is a dollar that people that need it don't get.""I don't see writing checks for everybody as a part of the American tradition. Mr. Bernstein regarding passing UBI while keeping existing social programs, "...and that is a very expensive endeavor involving the RAISING OF MUCH MORE TAX REVENUE and thus NOT something I suspect many people in this room would readily support." And Mr. Bernstein was talking about just UBI not passing with existing programs so that's not even counting getting Medicare passed, too! I'm no Hillary supporter but how about what she said on UBI........ Hillary Clinton seriously considered running her 2016 campaign for president on a platform built with UBI. But she couldn’t figure out a reasonable way to pay for it. “Unfortunately, we couldn’t make the numbers work,” Clinton wrote in her campaign memoir, “What Happened.” “To provide a meaningful dividend each year to every citizen, you’d have to raise enormous sums of money, and that would either mean a lot of new taxes or cannibalizing other important programs. We decided it was exciting but not realistic....” End of quote and I especially noted what she said about new taxes OR cannibalizing other IMPORTANT programs! I disagree with Yang on not raising the min wage to $15! Over 200 economists have signed a petition for raising the min wage to $15! Does Andrew Yang Want The Most Regressive Tax In The World? Point of information, there is a question mark there! And I didn't title the video. Anyone can watch it and decide for their self! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyjK1wIvRVQ Starting around 9:30 in the video on the Vat. https://www.moneycrashers.com/whats-is-your-opinion-about-a-value-added-tax/ And another problem in the videos I've seen Yang fails to properly answer the question of housing costs inflating. He suggest because “vendors” and “firms” will not collude to raise prices. Landlords and Homeowners are not vendors and firms. GOV. CONTROL OVER JOURNALISTS? On his CNN Town Hall Yang was basically saying he wants the gov. to decide what is misinformation that Journalists puts out. I'm definitely against that!

  54.  @sonshine5038  I don't believe you on the lawyer thing and as for the rest..... As for the new lakefront house his wife inherited a home from HER family that they sold to buy that house. So technically it's not "his new lakehouse". It's his wife's house! I don't care what Bernie has since he got it legally AND he didn't get it off of Wall Street speeches! As for killing babies Trump could care less how many men, women, children, or babies are killed when he vetoed the Stop the war in Yemen Act that will continue to kill a lot of innocent people so don't pretend to care about babies if you are supporting the endless wars! There was nothing Bernie could do with the results of the last primary with the super delegates stacked against him from the beginning! Bernie could not fight any longer when those super delegates were not going to change their minds! If Bernie had not kept his word on supporting the nominee his political career could had ended and as for me, I rather see him be able to continue to fight for the same issues he always has and he has done that than for what could had turned out ending his politically career where he would not had been able to keep fighting for the same issues he always has. After he lost the primary no one wanted him to run for President as an Independent more than I did but there was a huge risk for him to do that because clearly there is not enough people that vote's third party. It can be debated that he would had won but there is no way to know that for sure. If you haven't been listening to what the majority of Dems want, I have and that is anyone but Trump! I have even heard some at his Town Halls people say they expect Bernie to support the nominee if he loses the primary. And the actress that said she was progressive but trying to tell everyone they should vote for Biden LOL Just too many people thought Hillary was the lesser of two evils. Even if some people feel like Trump is worse than Hillary and for sure others agree with that but there is also a lot of people that agree with Trump being worse so I didn't expect Bernie to do a Nader and I respected his decision that Trump was/is worse. I will vote for him again because of those same issues he is still for, not because of who he endorsed in the last primary. I sure was not, is not, a Hillary supporter! One of the main issues I am for is Medicare for all and I think Bernie is the only one that would fight for it since he has always been for it so I would be cutting off my nose to spite my face and shooting myself in the foot if I didn't vote for him just because I think he should had done something differently after he lost the last primary. He got bashed for not supporting Hillary more and then bashed for supporting her at all. He just couldn't win no matter what on that.
