  1. I dont get the mentality here. He doesnt understand it therefor he doesnt vote for it. Sounds reasonable at first. But what has he really done then in the past half year where he "worked on it every minute of the day" but still doesnt understand it? Maybe ask someone to explain it so he can make an informed decision instead of blindly voting no like a bratty child not fearing the consequences of something like this that wont affect him but the people he likes to hide behind.
