  1. Thank you for this neutral account of Russian-Ukrainian relations, Mr. Watson. It's so disappointing that many Western talking heads have begun to picture the Ukraine as "the good guys" and Russia as "bad guys" without having the slightest idea of the history and the present political intricacies of this conflict.
