Just like everywhere in the world, there are beautiful and ugly houses and apartments in Russia, one can choose according to their own tastes and possibilities. Btw, the house on the video, while not the most beautiful, does not look like "a hybrid between a bunker and a jail with a slight touch of a hen house" to me. Your perception must be very biased.

@NicolasValentinScotland this is not true though. What do you mean they "try to flee"? Nobody forces any Russian citizen to stay in the country, everyone can leave freely. The decline in population is a problem for all Western countries. not only Russia.

@johnstudd4245 Yeah, but do not forget, it's a place to rent. Mostly people from other regions, students, young single adults, etc. live in those.
