  1. We have signs that say, 'turning vehicles must give way to pedestrians', in which I totally disagree with that law. As do most people. it is illegal to obstruct a footpath, I agree, it is also illegal to park in front of somebody's property without permission from the tennant or owner. We also have blue reflective markers on our roads that indicate an adjacent service like a water main for fire fighters for instance, you can't park there either obviously, many people don't know these laws.
