  1. To my knowledge, police pursuit cars were always Falcons and Commodores, and Hilux for the more robust operations, it is only in the last few years that multiple new makes have been implemented. Like the Stinger, Mustangs, WRX's to name a few. Nobody says "estate" in Aus, most of these examples are not in production or ever been in the police force in Aussie.

  2. Supercars are on now, gosh I hope you can watch from over there. They are racing top 10 shootouts atm. V8's are being fazed out, teams have the option of 4 and 6 cylinder turbo cars.
