  1. Only thing I can think of that no one will tell you about is 4X4 locations we want to keep secret, we don't want 1000's of people ruining our tracks and special spots. Littering is a massive problem, so is people not lowering tyre pressures and not being prepared for if they get in the sh!t, all of this causes tracks to be closed, hence the secrecy.
