  1. Asian restaurants here are legit cobber, got to admit, lots of crap ones too, but generally they are yummo, albeit a bit pricey for even the not so great ones.

  2. Kangaroo for a first timer, the best way would be mince pies, hard to go wrong, the meat is so lean it is incredibly easy to over cook and over cooked roo is awful, best to slow cook it, like the tail or hard and fast sear for only a minute or so for steaks. Done right it is amazing.

  4. Yep Kangaroos are everywhere, had the displeasure of hitting 3 in my time thus far, causing a lot of damage to my ute, all insured though, uninsured would have cost over 15K all up to my Hilux. Roos are considered vermin by many, Roos out number humans almost 3 to 1. And they taste great. I'd imagine our strike rate would be kinda like deer or elk for you guys in the states.
