  1. There were two major convict colonies: New South Wales (1788-1840) and Van Diemen’s Land (later Tasmania, 1803-1853). Eventually, Swan River (Western Australia) would become a third penal colony when the failing settlement requested an injection of convict labourers (1850-1868) Also to note, the Dutch got here before Brittish, the Dutch and French just didn't hang around.  If you look at the names closely you will notice a lot of Dutch and French named places.

Also I will need to tell you, we have logging rates of forests that out do Brazil and the Congo sadly, the country burns every year, we have had a couple of bad fire seasons yet the logging goes on. It is disgusting, and not covered by mainstream media. I know you don't want to get political in your videos, it is all about a bit of fun and education, but some things need to be pointed out.

  3. we are in drought, even after the wettest winter in a long time our dams are nowhere near full here in Perth, got a long road ahead to get water security, we have a river system called the Ord River which is in the north, but the gov refuses to pipeline any of the millions of Gigalitres of water that drains into the sea daily to sustain WA
