We have what is called the 12th man, that can replace an injured player, also we have a very funny comedy called 'the 12th man' by Billy Birmingham, I wouldn't listen to it, (as well have to add a language warning) just yet, I'd wait til you know more about cricket. Also hope they don't show Phil Hughes, he died from a bouncer to the back of the head/neck.

When a bowler "bowls' the ball it is most commonly referred to as a 'delivery', Also all bowlers need to have a straight arm when delivering the ball, otherwise it is classed as a throw and deemed a 'no ball, (and even more dangerous), a 'full toss' above waist height is also a no ball, no balls come with score penalty, having to re-bowl and a "free hit' depending on the league.
