  1. There is an animal in our Aussie history that was leopard or lion sized. Called thylacoleo. Or marsupial lion. Look it up. It did all the things the drop bear is reported too. Including dropping out of a tree on top of its prey. And supposedly was alive 10,15,000 years ago. So lived alongside humans
