Colin McRae's driving helped a bit too. Lol

@BradGryphonn we went places in an old sportswagon that would scare off most hilux drivers. The little buggers will go anywhere as long as you don't belly them out or bury them up to the axles in soft mud.

@BradGryphonn sounds about the same as the hill we went up. Lol .low range in them things helps heaps. And lmfao I just got my homemade camping trailer pitted and registered today..(it's and enclosed 6x4 box trailer with a rooftop tent.) I lined the inside of the trailer with 5mm ply too

I've got a little Kia Sportage now. And that surprises people how solid the steering gear and chassis is. It's got a better chassis than a ford ranger/BT-50

@BradGryphonn good driver and navigator will get you further than front hubs if you have clearance..good luck..

@BradGryphonn I think they run an Fe engine like the Kia. Edit. The earlier four cyl ones do

@BradGryphonn may help a bit. But I don't think the clutch fans draw as much power and economy as the solid bladed fans. Especially if they don't drive the water pump. Mine is just on a bearing. The cam belt runs the pump. Unsure on your vehicle but I'm sure you would know.

Whoever forgot the bonnet pins clips in the Celica would of got there butt kicked I reckon

That wavy thing you spoke of is called a Scandinavian flick. They developed it years ago.

That green Dunga was a Seat (pronounced see-at) Ibeeza. Not sure on spelling. But they were heaps of shit. And itsore than likely Colin McRae in the blue subie. Especially given how it was flat out and sideways everywhere
