  1. Its true that China has seen outstanding progress this 5 years under president Xi Jinping's leadership. But there are specific age restrictions in place to prevent individuals within the party from accumulating too much power. So eventually President Xi would have to step down someday, but at least some of Xi insights can be preserved in this manner for future generations.
