  1. +nitz vision I never said that. Why do you only think stupid and weak countries join Belt and Road Initiative? Many other countries have expressed support for OBOR, such as UK and European countries, as well as ASEAN countries like Singapore. China offers loans out of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in order to help out poorer countries with insufficient capital. They can always repay those loans once their economies begin to take off.

  2. Chinese government always stressed that India is welcome join in Belt and Road Initiative if it wants to. The OBOR is massive project that involve geopolitical concerns of many countries involved in it, so China can't afford to only cater only to India's concerns over others. Pakistan already joined the OBOR, so of course China will address its issues first, over India's who hasn't committed to the project yet. Pakistan and India been fighting over Kashmir for 70 years, so this OBOR and CPEC actually offer a rare golden opportunity for the two countries to cooperate economically instead of confronting each other and attempt to mend their relations instead.
