  1. The North Korean situation is still largely an issue between North Korea, South Korea and USA, not China. North Korea threatens USA bases in S. Korea, Okinawa Japan, and Guam, not China. What can the government do? Chase away all these US bases here? China can at most attempt to mediate talks between N.K, S.K and USA to arrive at a peaceful solution.
