  3. 20:08 "outcome of indian and asian kids"... note that he doesn't say Pakistani / Bangladeshi kids....they do poorly at GCSE English compared with their genetically similar Indian heritage kids. Culture matters....similar difference between African and Caribbean heritage kids.
