  1. The GDP of people in carribean nations of former slave plantations (eg. Jamaica or Barbados) is higher than that of African slave selling nations like Benin, Nigeria and Ghana. Descendents of slaves are already doing better than those who descended from their brithers andbsusters whonsold them into slavery.

As a descendent of former slave trader, Yemi seems to be saying that his ancestors did slavery properly...and that's why it's OK to forget his ancestors' slavery and focus on white slavery...or is he complaining that whites culturally appropriated his ancestors slavery and corrupted it... so hard to see what Yemi is getting at but I feel he would do better fighting for current Christians against Boco Haram in Nigeria than fighting for reparations in the UK.
