  1. Agree, they still have the "too big to be allowed to fail" status and and so they should not be using the same rules as private enterprises which can be allowed to die if they fail the test of "the market".

  2. Meant to add "what is the nation state...and what is the importance of the concept of nation in the 21st century"...it is as fundamental a question as "what is a woman?" I suspect those that struggle with the latter will also struggle with the former.

  3. "What is a nation state?" Is a question to ask all politicians in coming elections. So many of the left do not belive in the concept anymore. In thebpast, left and right generally agreed on the concept of the nation, our nation, they merely disagreed on the route to take to improve the state of the nation.
