If we pause migration then we need to have: (1l a redeployment of our recently retired workforce back into work (eg. Doctors and nurses and teachers) and (2) a change in direction for our soon to university educated young adults - fewer people need to go to university so they can take up some of the low paid jobs that migrants currently do....and some to become young business owners rather than young debtors and (3) a change in expectation of jobs that we want cheap people to do - less amazon prime deliveries, less cheap childcare, less cheap people making coffee or sandwiches you could make yourself. All of those will radically change the way we live. These are the prices we need to pay for regaining our culture. You need to fight the "less migrants means less GDP" with facts and figures based on a more productive workforce....you can't fight their figures with our feelings....at least not with feelings alone.
