  1. Agree I did my training in a hospital where matrons and ward sisters ran the place with an iron rod but every patient got good care and hospitals were clean not much infection. Now managers sitting in offices many with no medical training big paychecks and it would be better to go back to the old system. Nurses learn on the job not in university and local people took pride in their work domestics porters etc Then Bliar turned to private companies so much worse
