  1. In WV in the rural areas the only time we see anyone is locating a well and installing a septic system and that would be the Health Department. The rest of what we do is on us, WV freedom! Once you go into a town or city, it’s the usual permitting system. And that is why it good to live in the woods! As always, nice job Kyle!
