  1.  @davegiannotti758  Good true comment Dave. No one keeps a light with no batteries, or an oil lamp with no oil, a fire extinguisher that is empty. Being ready means you have a response. When I am at my cabin in the WV mountains, my guns are ready. My place is on stilts 9’ in the air. Bears move through my area all the time but being careful with food scent I don’t have much of a problem. However in northern woods the story is often different. Hiking in the Adirondacks we now have to have bear canisters in the upper wilderness and take food prep and storage precautions. All part of enjoying and respecting wilderness areas.

  3. That fruton coach thing was nice in front of the fire for all three of you to snuggle and sleep on. Looks like you need a soft place to fall! Nice that you are all together so hope you have fun and get some projects done.
