Kerri Urbahn is very well spoken and concise in her comments. A credit to the law profession. A good lawyer who reveals the facts of the case. Often not mentioned though is the DOJ considered this case but the statue had run plus they thought it was a terribly weak case. James got the NY legislature to enact an exemption to the law just so they could go after Trump. What James is not shrinking from is her political desire to further her career and run for Governor.
