Without transparency, we can only speculate that this was a conspiracy. For the first time the SS would not allow local law enforcement in their command center at the site. They did not have adequate assets at the site. Non SS people from HS were filling in also. They were made aware of a threat and did not keep Trump off the stage. We need to hear from the SS sniper why he did not take the suspect out immediately. Why did he only fire after the sniper fired at Trump? Who held him back? Reluctance for the SS, the DOJ and Homeland Security to answer specific questions or even hold news conferences can only indicate they are hiding something. Their actions of lack of protection and communication without explanation can only indicate intent to open a window of opportunity for a sniper. Classic stonewalling here all around.
