  1. Hiring the right person with the right knowledge at the right time. Here’s a good example. When I had a construction company OSHA came to me and said you need a written manual for your company on OSHA compliant procedures. I knew how to keep everyone safe but not the detailed OSHA stuff. I found a former OSHA Director recently retired doing consulting. He wrote me a manual and of course OSHA loved it. Never let your ego get in the way of doing the right thing. Pay the money as the alternate cost may become “catastrophic”. Great video and thanks!
