@danspicer79 " war started when the US overthrew Yanukovych in" That does not fit in any definition of war. Check a dictionary.
1
You suggesting they ever had one?
1
I would not say that. The Belgorod incursions made Russia do a 2nd attempt at Kharkiv, this time with the Africa Korps 🤣
1
@CyrilSneer123 The actual dilution would be on the Russian side. Are you aware that they are using their African mercenaries near Kharkiv? Which "settlement" has been lost elsewhere after the Kharkiv incursion? Did it have more than 100 residents pre-war?
1
It is what they pay you for.
1
Not a coherent sentence in that bunch.
1
Shut it, concern troll. You have no argument.
1
You spelled most of those areas wrong and they are still not part of Russia. Besides, hardly anyone draftable exists there anymore.
1
It is ludicrous to claim that UK has the power to stop negotiations at will, but you wrmn keep on repeating the lie. Vranyo.
1
How can anyone that titles themselves "Mike" be asking for anything. That is a nickname, not a name. It sounds like somebody's prnstar name
1
Cherrypicking info. RU did not do anything what it was supposed to do while the treaty was in effect.
1
@dwu9369 RU was supposed to withdraw their stooges. They did not. RU will suffer, and rightfully so. Removal from the international exchange of information and trade (inb4 china and Indians will save us ludicrousness)
1
@dwu9369 "withdrew their forces from Kyiv after the invasion as good faith" The fact that you believe that makes me wonder if you are even able to feed yourself. We saw the wrecks in the hundreds and the riot shields in the trucks.
1
@dwu9369 That Boris narrative is stll pathetic. Boris did not fly into THE CAPITOL at all. If you conflate that word with Capital, you are not educated enough to opine.
1
@dwu9369 There is no CAPITOL in Ukraine at all. Russia got bogged down due to bad planning and fried because of it. The wrecks are plentiful, but ofc not on your Russian TV. They were burnt out ,bumper to bumper, at Hostomel airport.
1
@dwu9369 I keep on telling you you fell for a bogus narrative and you are not responding to it very well. Nobody uses entire armies and loses thousands of troops as a feint. They tried. They failed. End of story.
1
@dwu9369 I am telling you you are not educated enough all along. First of all, there is no CAPITOL in the entirety of Ukraine, so Boris could not go there. Second, "opine" is not a noun, so I can not have it. You are linguistically challenged, on top of everything else that ails you.
1
@dwu9369 Opine is not a noun so one does not have it, you are also conflating capitol with capital. In the light of this what is it you wish to say about education?
1
Nice syntax there and 2 upvotes in 29 seconds. You are a paid poster.
1
So you literally sit in a callcenter environment in the thir-d world huh. You know that telling us about that would be way more interesting than your paid posts.
1
@DanielBritoist Oxygen is wasted on you.
1
While sacrificing troops they would need on other frontlines. He is bringing it up already.
1
Trustworthy Russian sources have already confirmed it, bot. Check fighterbomber
1
Fair enough. I did not read your post properly. @moth1488-o3o Wonder if it was the same pilot that was named in media later, or if that was another one.
1
" 1,000,000 Ukrainians who have already died..." You are a Vranyovatnik. Six Ukrainians died. I mean, if we are just gonna throw numbers around... BTW. Get to the FKK as soon as you can. Women from your nation will ply their trade for 5 euros once time comes for reparations.
1
@Alex55_907 Just gotta deal with the fact that Ukraine paraded Russian equipment through Kiev and several EU cities 2 years ago. As usual you are just imitating, poorly.
1
@bricktopperheadon5490 There is a reason why RU crews prefer riding on the outside of vehicles 😆
1
"similar, or bigger losses as Russia" . No that is a fallacious statement. You come from a position of bad faith so ofc you do not care.
1
@KappaClauss Your slav grammar shines through and "ban one" is not the expression you are looking for. Find a statement of his and debunk it if you have the means 😆
1
@KappaClauss Your slav grammar is still there
1
@Princip666 You sound confused. That was 100% on topic.
1
@Princip666 The RADA knows their own constitution you do not. Your point is as moot as you.
1
@Princip666 Nice strawman. Nobody said they had jurisdiction in judicial matters. Fact of the matter is, it is their country, their law, and they interpret it better than you, a known troll. Cottoning on yet?
1
@Princip666 Indeed you did, genius, it is the thread we are talking in so it has been read. Iin lieu of a ruling from the constitutional court, the rule is legitimate. I remind you "only the constitutional court has the authority to interpret the constitution" and you by extension do not. Your statement about it being unconstitutional is therefore null and void. Cottoned on yet?
1
@Princip666 " I have no idea what's that supposed to mean" What do you have a problem with, the word "lieu" or the 'legality principle'? You've never set foot in a court of law, have you? "Zelensky never asked the court to legitimize" Do you have a problem with the separation of powers? Phew, the Dunning Kruger is strong in you. Were you born this century?
1
@Princip666 "how can president legally extend his own term without the approval of the constitutional court" There is no word salad here. Just a person that does not understand the legality principle, nor the word lieu. The burden of proof is on you. You need to produce a statement from a non-vatnik legal scholar (since you are not one) which part of the constitution has been broken. Meanwhile, this is the law we are dealing with: Article 83 of the Constitution stipulates that during martial law, elections can be suspended. The president is chosen through election.
1
@Princip666 Yes, you do, since the martial status of the country is without question. Holding an election now is actually what would be unconstituional. I am sorry this is confusing to you. Thank you for sinking your own argument. You walked right into that one.
1
@Princip666 "In the event that the term of authority of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expires while martial law or a state of emergency is in effect, its authority is extended until the day of the first meeting of the first session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine , elected after the cancellation of martial law or of the state of emergency." "In the event of the pre-term termination of authority of the President of Ukraine in accordance with Articles 108, 109, 110 and 111 of this Constitution, the execution of duties of the President of Ukraine, for the period pending the elections and the assumption of office of the new President of Ukraine, is vested in the Prime Minister of Ukraine. The Prime Minister " Since Verkhovna Rada's authority has been extended due to martial law, they have by memorandum decided not to hold a new presidential election, leaving the president at his post at the behest of the Rada.
1
@Princip666 It sounds like you are interpreting the constitution again. As you previously said "only constitutional court can decide what aligns with constitution and what doesn't" Apart from being a showcase of your slav grammar, that also constitutes your ongoing self-ownage.
1
@Princip666 I actually read it before, mup-pet. " without the constitutional court ruling." is the keyword, Mr Dunning Kruger. Nor is it unconstitutional without their ruling to that effect. And you are still self-disqualified. Let me remind you, as you previously said in your slavsheit syntax "only constitutional court can decide what aligns with constitution and what doesn't" Where is the ruling either way? Confirmed for not having been in a court of law, nor having read a legal tract ever before.
1
@Princip666 "without the constitutional court ruling. " That is not how they see it, since there is no ruling regarding the unconstitutionality of it. Let me remind you: "only constitutional court can decide what aligns with constitution and what doesn't", abysmal syntax aside, you have still sunk your case
1
He has the most gullible fan-base so they have no hurry. If these vatniks will be faced with a choice between their recollection and the official narrative, they will choose the narrative.
1
I am amazed that you spelled losing wrong. Bots fail in 90% of the cases.
1
@Eggster68 China can buy what they need on the open market. Their actual cooperation is with the west, with nations that buy almost everything they produce. As for food imports, they buy 3x more from the US.
1
Everybody cares. Especially the ones that paid you to post that
1
Deliveries starting very soon, it has been said. Those US shells are probably in the barrels already though.
1
Nice grammar, vatnik
1
They have been destroyed by hitting their targets: Remember the Russian Black Sea fleet? Anything that can power up its boilers have left Sevastopol to hide in Novoryssisk.
