  1. Interesting, but which market do you get the data from? The MOEX and all Russian markets set the exchange rate via decree. Any foreign markets trading it would surely have its numbers skewed due to low volume, right?

  2.  @EconLessons  Thanks, I am looking at Kovalut for the rates but that is hard to decipher too. The spread is insane some days. I believe that is where the real disaster will appear when it comes.
