  1. EXCELLENT point by Nomiki at the beginning. For any organization whether it's a government, company, or a political party, there can come a point where the goal of that organization is really the opposite of what you think it is purely because of establishment politics within that organization. You think that the goal of the democratic party is to win, but in reality there are so many competing agendas within that organization that winning becomes secondary.
