Well by most recent accounts and studies, Omicron is more akin to the flu and doesn't infect the lungs nearly as strongly as delta or original strain. There's also a chance it may not even have originated from humans. People are now theorizing that this variant may have come from mice or rats. At some point we need to just be glad that we're getting a milder variant. Not everything has to be Alpha, Delta, people filling up with hospitals, doom and gloom and people dying. Just take yes for an answer.
