Instead of just virtue signaling over generic mask mandates, you really need to provide updated science that shows that mask mandates would have effectiveness over the filtrations systems that exist on planes. Especially when we know that cloth and surgical masks have far less effectiveness against Omicron than prior strains.

These systems have redundancy because if you don't have air on a plane you die... 😂 You have much bigger problems on a plane if you can no longer breath Genius. 😂 A "piece of cloth" is not sufficient to stop Omicron sorry. You need an n95 or greater. Again, if you're not following any actual science then all you're doing is virtue signaling over a policy you have no idea whether is actually effective or not.

@empanada223 By that logic we should all carry oxygen tanks, just in case. 😂 Sorry, but that argument is incredibly dumb and apparently you don't realize that airplanes have oxygen masks that drop from the ceiling so that people can breath when the main cabin loses air pressure. But your brilliant idea is that if those systems fail and people have no air to breath, then they should just wear cloth masks 😂 People get so caught up in a culture war that they end up sounding like complete idiots. You really need to come out your bubble. I'm not the one virtue signaling over these mandates going away. If you're going to do that, then you need to provide some clear evidence on its effectiveness instead of just assuming you know more about the air quality inside planes than the people who build and operate them.
